On the afternoon of December 3, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) held an online conference to launch the Petrovietnam STEM Innovation Program. Hue City’s live broadcast was hosted at the headquarters of the Department of Education and Training.

On the morning of November 25, the Family Planning Association of Hue City held a conference to launch the Respond Project - a project aimed at enhancing access to reproductive and sexual health (RSH/SH) services and implementing new service delivery mechanisms for the community.

On November 20, Hue City Red Cross launched the program of presenting 1,000 gifts to households affected and damaged by the recent exceptionally severe floods. After more than a month of launching, the preliminary round of 2025 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest received over 19.700 entries from 132 primary, secondary, and high schools across Hue City.

On the morning of November 9, communes and wards across Hue City simultaneously launched environmental cleanup campaigns in connection with the “Green Sunday” movement, aiming to restore urban landscapes and prevent disease outbreaks following prolonged flooding. City leaders visited several locations to inspect, encourage, and present gifts to participating teams.

Immediately following the call of the City People's Committee, on the morning of November 9, a large number of residents, cadres, civil servants, public employees, various associations, unions, armed forces, Youth Union members, and Hue Urban Environment and Public Works Joint Stock Company, etc., simultaneously launched an environmental cleanup campaign across all communes and wards in the city.

On October 25 in Hue City, Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), in coordination with Hue Football Association, launched the Phase 2 of AFC/VFF A-Level Football Coaching Course. The course aims to enhance the professional expertise of football coaches nationwide.

On the afternoon of October 21st, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Phan Thien Dinh received and worked with a delegation from Donghai Airlines (China) and its representative in the UAE - Aurola, regarding the launch of flights to and from Phu Bai International Airport.

The Coast Guard Region 2 Command, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, the Propaganda Department, and the Mass Mobilization Committee of Hue City Party Committee, has launched an online contest titled “I Love My Homeland’s Seas and Islands” for the 2025-2026 academic year. The contest is aimed at Secondary school students from seven coastal communes and wards in Hue City.
