In 2025, Ho Chi Minh Museum collected and received 35 artifacts, contributing to enriching the source of documents and artifacts serving exhibition activities, scientific research, and long-term preservation. In addition, the unit digitized more than 1.000 documents and artifacts.

In 2026, Hue City Museum of History aims to conduct surveys, research and upgrade 2 dossiers for nomination as special national relics, and prepare 8 new dossiers to request recognition as city-level relics.

The Heritage Education Materials developed by Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities were recently honored at the City Technical Innovation Contest, providing fresh impetus for bringing cultural heritage closer to younger generations.

At the Central Coastal Region Museum of Nature in Hue, the work of preparation and conservation is not merely a technical discipline but also a mission to preserve nature’s memory.

A large number of photographic and documentary materials highlighting the special relationship between President Ho Chi Minh and General Nguyen Chi Thanh were exhibited and introduced to the public on the morning of December 12th at Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City (No. 7 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).

On the occasion of the 140th anniversary of Emperor Ham Nghi’s issuance of the Can Vuong Edict (1885 - 2025) - a milestone marking the beginning of the representative patriotic movement of the late 19th century, on the morning of December 7, Hue Monuments Conservation Center organized the heritage education program “Can Vuong tremendous spirit” (“Hao khi Can Vuong”) at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities and the Nguyen Dynasty’s Privy Council (Co Mat Vien - Tam Toa) space.

Dozens of paintings, considered rare treasures by generations of Hue’s renowned artists, have just been unveiled to the public. These works are now displayed at Lebadang Art Space of the Hue Museum of Fine Arts (No.15 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward). The 75 pieces showcased in this exhibition belong to an art collection that the Museum has patiently and devotedly gathered over many years.

That was the theme of a seminar, held on the morning of November 27, to celebrate the 45th founding anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City (1980 - 2025).

Images of President Ho Chi Minh during his revolutionary activities in China were presented at the exhibition “The Revolutionary Path - Comrade Ho Chi Minh in China”, organized by Ho Chi Minh Museum in coordination with Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City. The exhibition opened on the afternoon of November 26th at No. 7 Le Loi Street (Thuan Hoa Ward).

Although hundreds of thousands of pages of Han - Nom documents have been saved, many others in the community are still deteriorating, damaged, or lost for various reasons. Faced with this challenge, Hue City Library is racing against time each day in the hope of collecting and restoring them for digitization, preservation, and value promotion. A piece of good news is that the long-term plan for this work, extending through 2030, has just been approved by Hue City People’s Committee.

Up to now, the Museum of Nature of the Central Coastal Region has collected and is storing more than 4,500 specimens including many sets of samples of different species. Typically, geological and mineral samples, fish samples, forest wood samples, tiger, elephant, gaur samples, etc.

Every year the museum welcomes tens of thousands of visitors to visit and enjoy.

As a new technology launched in Hue, works at the museum can interact with visitors through different effects and movements.

During the 100-year journey of existence and operation, the ancient Khai Dinh Museum, now the Hue Royal Antiquities Museum, is promoting its mission of preserving the heritage of previous generations.

Opened to the public in April of last year, the Cecile Le Pham Museum of Fine Arts is one of the private collections with a large number of artifacts, rich in materials, diverse in forms, and originating from all around the world.
