This morning (March 15), along with voters across the country, voters in Hue headed to the polls to participate in the Election for deputies to the 16th National Assembly of Vietnam and members of the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

On the morning of March 15, across Hue City, from urban area to suburban and remote areas, streams of people eagerly headed to polling stations to exercise their civic rights and responsibilities in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term. The festival for all people also marked by vivid and heartwarming moments of solidarity and trust of voters.

With systematic, coordinated, and well-organized preparations, Hue City is now ready for the election of the deputies to the 16th National Assembly and members of People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term. On the afternoon of March 12th, the Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development Project in Vietnam officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with two leading tourism training institutions in central Vietnam: the School of Hospitality and Tourism - Hue University and Hue Tourism College.
