“The beauty of Hue’s cultural heritage through sketching art” is the theme of an exhibition inaugurated by Hue Museum of Fine Arts, introduced to the public and visitors in Da Nang City on the evening of August 7.

Thousands of unique works of bonsais, orchids, and artistic ornamental stones, along with the finest crafts and traditional cultural beauty have gathered at Hue Imperial Citadel, creating a vibrant exhibition space in the heart of the heritage site.

Flowing through the center of Hue City, the Huong River, a heritage river, is one of the iconic symbols of Hue Ancient Capital. Thereafter, during the Nguyen Dynasty, the court issued an order, creating an opportunity for Hue women in particular and Vietnamese women in general to wear Ao dai regularly. Accordingly, the tradition of wearing Ao dai gradually entered the daily life of people.

Grown for its beauty and fruits, persimmon is a high-rise tree in Hue gardens. Despite not having high economic value, ancient persimmon trees carry spiritual and cultural value and are closely linked to the lives of many traditional families in the Huong Ngu region.
