According to Mr. Hoang Viet Trung, Director of Hue Monuments Conservation Center, this year’s event attracts the participation of over 600 artisans from various provinces and cities across the country, including distant localities such as Lao Cai, Can Tho, and An Giang. The artisans bring with them more than 1,000 works of bonsais, orchids, and ornamental stones.

Thieu Phuong Garden, where orchids are displayed, and Co Ha Garden, the place organizing bonsais and ornamental stones exhibition, are harmoniously arranged within the ancient royal space, creating a picturesque and vibrant scene filled with rare orchids, masterfully shaped bonsais, and stones evoking the forms of mountains and rivers.

“Through this program, we aim to honor and promote bonsais, traditional craft villages, cuisine, and the art of tea appreciation, connecting them all together within Hue’s unique cultural heritage space. Thence, we hope to contribute to promoting ecotourism, protecting the environment, and fostering local socio-economic development,” said Mr. Trung.
