During this Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, the community of Hue heritage enthusiasts receive good news. That is the comeback of the once-renowned lien lang Chuon (the Chuon village decorative scroll). The journey of reviving this valuable type of folk painting, which has been lost for some time, is a long story which took not only sweat, buy also dedication of young people who love the heritage.

According to statistics from the Department of Tourism released on the morning of March 1, the number of tourists to Hue in the first two months continued to rise sharply, estimated at over 1.2 million arrivals, while the number of visitors to the city in February, 2026 alone witnessed an increase of nearly 72%. On the morning of February 25th, the Trade Union and Youth Union of Hue Central Hospital, in coordination with the hospital’s Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center, organized the “White Blouse - Red Heart” voluntary blood donation program, attracting nearly 400 officials, public employees, doctors, and medical staff.
