On the afternoon of November 27, Hue University coordinated with the Japan Economic Federation (Keidanren) and the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) to award scholarships to students overcoming difficulties of Hue University.

On the morning of November 5, at the University of Sciences, Hue University (the host), the 32nd Olympiad in Informatics for Vietnamese students (ICPC) in the Central Region took place.

The Electro - rock music night by the Fergessen was one of the activities to celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and France, which was organized by the French Institute of Vietnam. On the morning of July 3, at the University of Sciences, Hue University, the closing and awarding ceremony of the Hue-ICT Challenge 2023 – Information Technology Innovation product competition for students of colleges and universities took place.
