After winning a Silver Medal at 2025 Asian Physics Olympiad held in Saudi Arabia, Tran Le Thien Nhan (a 12th-grade student from the Physics Class 2 for gifted students) was once again selected by the Ministry of Education and Training as a member of the national team to participate in 2025 International Physics Olympiad.

On May 31, the Office of Education and Training of Thuan Hoa District held a ceremony to award students who achieved high results in various competitions.

For the past 10 years, Professor Dung Nguyen (Stanford University, US) has partnered in humanitarian plastic and aesthetic surgery programs with hospitals in Hue City, Vietnam. She has also made significant contributions to training, teaching, and transferring reconstructive, aesthetic, and microsurgery techniques to doctors across the country.

On May 11, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) announced that all members of Vietnamese national team participating in the Asian Physics Olympiad (APhO) 2025, held in Saudi Arabia, won prizes.

On April 25, the Department of Education and Training organized the STEM Day at primary school level for the academic year of 2024 - 2025.

In addition to training and being ready for combat, physical training and sports activities are always given special attention by officers and soldiers stationed in Vietnam's Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelago. On April 15th, Zhi Shan Foundation, in coordination with the Center for Social Work and Child Protection Fund, and Thuan Hoa District Department of Education and Training, held the inauguration ceremony of a friendly library at Thuy Van Primary School and presented classroom book cabinets to three schools: Duong No Primary School, Phu Thanh Secondary School, and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Secondary School.
