On the morning of the second day of the Lunar New Year of the Cat (January 23), the Organizing Committee of the Spring activities in Dien Hoa Commune, Phong Dien District held the traditional Fairy Swing Festival in the Lunar New Year of the Cat 2023.

This activity was held to celebrate the founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3rd and the traditional Tet holiday.
