The direct air route connecting Shenzhen and Da Nang has officially reopened after more than 5 years of interruption, bringing great expectations for tourism in Hue and the Central region.

On the afternoon of October 12th, at the Sports and Cultural Center Stadium of Phu Xuan Ward (Hue City), the Ministry of Education and Training, in coordination with Vietnam University and Professional Sports Association and Hue University and Professional Sports Association, held the opening ceremony of the 2025 National Men Student Football Tournament - TV360 Cup, Central Region.

On July 26, the Eye Center of Hue Central Hospital officially put into operation the CONSTELLATION® Vision System – Alcon, one of the most advanced ophthalmic surgical devices in the world today. This marks an important milestone in the hospital’s strategy to develop high-tech medical techniques, contributing practical benefits to patients in the Central and Central Highlands regions of Vietnam.

These details were shared by Hue Monuments Conservation Center to Mr. Lazare Eloundou, Director of UNESCO Cultural Heritage Center during his visit and working trip in Vietnam at the end of May.

With the support of the World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF - Vietnam), the project to develop the value chain of native medicinal plants in the Central Truong Son region, implemented by Green Alliance Company, has brought many positive results for local people and the community.
