On December 3, the provincial Youth Activity Center organized the Thua Thien Hue Province Children's Team Chess Open Tournament, competing for the Thien Bao Cup.

Shortly after its establishment in early 2023, the Thua Thien Hue Vovinam team came as a big surprise and was a breath of fresh air for Vietnam Vovinam at the 29th National Vovinam Championship.

A fledgling sport notwithstanding, Thua Thien Hue sepak takraw has shown its strength and development. With a team of young and good-quality athletes, Thua Thien Hue sepak takraw gradually changes the color of medals through the tournaments.

On the evening of July 16, the Ministry of Education and Training said that all five students of the Vietnamese national team, participating in the International Physics Olympiad (IPhO) 2023, won medals, including two gold, two silver and one bronze medals.
