During their visits to educational institutions on the morning of November 20th in celebration of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, city leaders acknowledged the contributions of the units to the city’s education and training efforts; at the same time, hoped that schools will continue to promote their roles, innovate, improve teaching quality, and make positive contributions to Hue’s development in the new period.

On the occasion of November 20 this year, the City People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 12 outstanding individuals from educational institutions for their significant contributions to teaching, managing, and coaching gifted students in the 2024 - 2025 academic year.

On the morning of October 3, over 3,300 students in the city area officially participated in the City-level Examination to Select Excellent High School Students for the academic year 2025 - 2026, held at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted. Ho Dac Cung, a young Hue native raised in Cai Lay, Tien Giang, developed a passion for engine mechanics and, through self-teaching, built his own airplane. In 1935, faced with financial constraints, he wrote to Emperor Bao Dai seeking assistance and received the monarch’s approval.
