On the afternoon of November 1st, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of Hue City Party Committee; Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee; and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ai Van, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, received flood relief support from Khanh Hoa Province, led by Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of October 31st, Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, together with leaders of local departments and agencies, received 1 billion VND in aid from Carlsberg Vietnam to help local residents recover from the recent flood damage.

In response to the severe damage caused by prolonged flooding from October 27 to 30, 2025, which deeply inundated many areas and seriously affected the lives of thousands of workers in Hue City, numerous businesses across the area have promptly implemented support measures to help employees stabilize their lives as soon as possible.

On October 31, Hue City Police announced that they had received and distributed 30 tons of relief goods supported by the Ministry of Public Security for the flood-affected people.

On the afternoon of October 30, Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Chi Tai, together with Standing Committee member and Chairwoman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City Nguyen Thi Ai Van, received donations from agencies, units, businesses, and organizations to support the city’s recovery efforts following recent floods.

On October 30, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, visited and encouraged people at a charity kitchen located at Truong An Primary School, Thuan Hoa Ward.

According to the Department of Dike Management and Natural Disaster Prevention (the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment), on the morning of October 30, nearly 30 tons of emergency relief supplies from the Government of Russia were delivered by special aircraft to Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi).

On the morning of October 27, a representative of Loc An Commune People's Committee announced that forces had coordinated with locals to successfully assist a woman in labor to give birth at home.

Through forestry investment support and livelihood creation for local people, based on efficient forest environment utilization, the localities, units, and relevant sectors have mobilized and promoted the roles of communities and enterprises, contributing to strategic changes in forest resource management and development.

On October 5, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, in coordination with Hue City Youth Union, organized the “Supporting students to school” scholarship awarding ceremony with the theme “One aspiration - Ten thousand hearts” for 89 new students in Hue City who face difficult circumstances with strong determination.
