On the morning of August 14th, Hue City Association of the Blind held a ceremony marking the 20th anniversary of the Vocational Training and Employment Center for the Blind (August 17th, 2006 - August 17th, 2026). Over the past two decades, the Center has made sustained efforts in vocational training and job creation, helping people with visual impairments gradually build confidence, become more self-reliant, and achieve greater stability in their lives.
