Alongside activities that support and accompany businesses and investors in accessing project information and related procedures, Hue City also places emphasis on signing memoranda of understanding (MoUs) and strategic cooperation agreements with major investors to build a foundation for long-term engagement between the government and investors.

On the afternoon of March 29, at Hue Book and Culture Space (23 - 25 Le Loi Street), the Hair Donation Day, with the message “Giving hair - Giving love”, attracted a large number of students and residents. The event was organized by the “One painting - Many hopes” project in collaboration with Thuan Hoa Ward Public Career Service Center, and Hue Book and Culture Club, with the support from Loan Nguyen hair salon.

The synchronous investment in infrastructure across economic and industrial zones is opening a new development space for Hue, while also enhancing its capacity to attract large-scale projects, and creating a ripple effect for the growth of supporting industries, logistics services, and import-export activities.

On the afternoon of March 12th, the Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development Project in Vietnam officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with two leading tourism training institutions in central Vietnam: the School of Hospitality and Tourism - Hue University and Hue Tourism College. Attending the signing ceremony was Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh.

On March 12, the City Tax Department and Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) - Hue Branch signed a cooperation agreement to jointly provide guidance on tax policies aimed at supporting household businesses in their digital transformation.

On March 7th, in Huong An Ward, the Youth Union of Huong An Ward, in coordination with Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Greenfeed Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Hue Youth Union, organized a program to provide livelihood support to disadvantaged households in the area, helping residents develop their economy and stabilize their lives.

On the morning of March 1, Mr. Nguyen Hai Nam, a full-time member of the Economic and Financial Committee of the 15th National Assembly, visited and presented 100 gift packages to poor households and those in difficult circumstances in Phong Phu Ward.

The humanitarian “zero-cost surgery” programs at hospitals have supported many children from disadvantaged backgrounds. It is a deeply humane journey, made possible by teams of doctors and medical staff together with compassionate volunteers across the country, all sharing the hope of bringing joy and happiness to these children.

On the morning of February 13th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan Hoa Ward organized a program giving gift and assistance for 386 local households that suffered severe damage due to heavy rains and flooding.

On the morning of February 11, Hue Central Hospital organized the “Compassion Bus” program, providing transportation support for underprivileged patients undergoing treatment at the hospital to return home and celebrate the Lunar New Year with their families.
