The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, along with leaders of ministries, sectors, and localities.

On the morning of December 30, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired an online conference to review one month of implementation of the “Quang Trung Campaign”, a rapid initiative to rebuild and repair houses for households whose homes collapsed, were destroyed, swept away by floods, or severely damaged by recent storms and flooding. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, along with leaders of ministries, sectors, and localities.

On the afternoon of December 15th, at the conference hall of Hue City People’s Committee, Vietnam Airlines (Vietnam National Airlines Corporation) presented financial and in-kind support of 1 billion VND and 2,000 warm blankets in total to Hue City to help address damage caused by recent storms and flooding.

On the morning of December 9, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired an online conference to hear reports on the progress of Quang Trung Campaign - an accelerated drive to rebuild and repair homes for families whose houses were collapsed, swept away, or severely damaged during the recent storms and floods.

Due to the impact of storms and high tides, Phu Dien Cham Tower historical site in Phu Vinh Commune has been submerged under water for several days.

On the morning of November 6th, at the Forward Command Headquarters located at the Gia Lai Provincial Military Command, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the National Civil Defense Steering Committee, chaired a hybrid (in-person and online) meeting to urgently implement measures to respond to Storm No. 13 (Kalmaegi) with the provinces and cities of Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and Khanh Hoa.
