With the trend of modern tourism development, the night-time economy is increasingly becoming a “golden opportunity” to enhance a destination’s appeal and extend visitors’ length of stay. In Thuan Hoa Ward, alongside the solutions to maximize the effectiveness of existing night streets, the project of a night street along the Nhu Y River is expected to create a boost, contributing to the vibrancy of urban nightscape.

On May 28 and 29 (corresponding to the 12th and 13th days of the Lunar April), Nguyen Dinh Chieu Pedestrian Street will be transformed into a large-scale and distinctive vegetarian culinary space for the Vegetarian Food Festival - Hue Festival 2026.

Beyond a mode of transportation, the heritage train has evolved into a space where travelers can not only admire the scenery but also experience the region’s historical and cultural richness. Contributing greatly to the fame of this landmark is the white lotus, also known as the “royal” lotus.

While Hue Festival was previously held biennially, creating impressive “peak” moments yet remaining largely seasonal, with the model of a four-season Festival, Hue has now chosen a more sustainable direction: Turning culture and heritage into an ever-present rhythm within the city’s daily life.

On the afternoon of March 7, the art photography exhibition themed “Perspectives on heritage” offered the public an emotionally rich artistic space, featuring 90 works by photographers from Hanoi, Hue, and Ho Chi Minh City. The event is part of a literature and arts exchange program closely following the traditional relationship of “Hanoi - Hue - Saigon”, which has been maintained since 2023.

Nearly 200 high school students took part in an “outdoor lesson” right within a heritage space, where historical knowledge was accessed through games, challenges, and hands-on experience, making it more vivid and easier to remember.

Over many years, the city’s economic and technical infrastructure system has received sustained investment and has gradually been improved. During the 2026 - 2030 period, the city will prioritize allocating public investment capital to complete a synchronized, modern strategic infrastructure system.

In the context of declining enrollment, career guidance and admissions counseling for specialized arts programs aimed at students are considered an important stepping stone to spark interest and identify future talent.
