Popularizing digital technology and digital skills for the community has become a comprehensive strategic task, especially with the implementation of the new two-tier local government model. The Institute of Digital Transformation and Learning Resources - Hue University currently plays a pivotal role in launching the “AI - Digital Literacy for All” movement designed to bring technological knowledge closer to the community, particularly targeting officials, civil servants, public employees, teachers, and citizens.

A large number of trainees from the sports and education sectors, as well as water sports businesses in the city, are participating.
