On the afternoon of December 3, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) held an online conference to launch the Petrovietnam STEM Innovation Program. Hue City’s live broadcast was hosted at the headquarters of the Department of Education and Training.

On the afternoon of November 21, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, held a courtesy meeting with Ms. Ariadne Feo Labrada, Consul General of Cuba in Ho Chi Minh City, on the occasion of the conclusion of her tenure in Vietnam.

On the afternoon of November 14th, at 119 Van Xuan, Hue City Red Cross, in coordination with Kim Long Ward People’s Committee and the Ward Fatherland Front Committee, distributed 100 relief packages to local residents heavily impacted by the recent floods. This is one of the activities under the emergency support program currently being implemented across the entire city.

On the afternoon of October 30, Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Chi Tai, together with Standing Committee member and Chairwoman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City Nguyen Thi Ai Van, received donations from agencies, units, businesses, and organizations to support the city’s recovery efforts following recent floods.

On the afternoon of September 18th in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha received a delegation of revolutionary contributors from Hue City on the occasion of their visit to the capital and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

On September 18, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Phu Xuan Ward, in collaboration with the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center (Hue Central Hospital) organized the first session of the Voluntary Blood Donation Day in 2025.

More than 1,400 documents and artifacts previously managed by Thuan Hoa Ward Public Service Center have been handed over to Hue City Museum of History (268 Dien Bien Phu Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).

Every summer, blood shortages occur at many medical facilities across the country, including Hue Central Hospital - one of the top-tier hospitals that continuously receives a large number of emergency and treatment cases. To ensure an adequate blood supply for saving lives, the hospital has proactively launched an internal blood donation campaign and called on the community to join hands for the sake of patients’ lives.

On July 10, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, had a courtesy meeting with Ms. Sophie Maysonnave, Cultural Counselor of the French Embassy, and Director of the French Institute in Vietnam.

On the morning of May 14th, the People’s Committee of Quang Dien district held a ceremony to receive the Certificate of City-level historical site Classification for Ba To shrine, located in Quang Phu Commune.
