Driven by the desire to “turn simple things into specialties,” he chose the figs as the starting point for his journey to bring Hue’s traditional culinary products to Vietnamese dining tables and beyond.

Located in the North, 320km from Hanoi Capital, Ha Giang is considered the northernmost point of the country. Ha Giang is a place with complex terrain, with many high rocky mountains, as well as rivers and streams. The mountains here have quite a rugged terrain, with many steep slopes, high passes, and narrow valleys and streams below. There are also many limestone plateaus, with steep and rugged cliffs.

Due Son, also known as Mount Le, Mount Re or Mount Ke, has a slightly pointed shape and beautiful form. The Eastern side of the mountain rests on Ta Trach Lake. The mountain is like a guardian god, standing at the upstream source of the Huong River, protecting the land where the Temple of Literature and the Temple of Martial Arts Saint are located.
