34 ancient books, many of which are rare and one-of-a-kind artifacts, are currently on display at the exhibition “Tales from ancient pages” at the Co Mat Vien - Tam Toa historical site. The ritual is a traditional cultural practice that embodies the Vietnamese principle of “honor the ancestors”, expressing gratitude to the forebears who founded and passed down the rice noodle-making craft to generations of residents.

“Ve ngang mot mua hoa gao/ Thang Ba e ap ma hong/ Bang hoang tieng keu chim sao/ Mot troi hoa do menh mong…” (“Passing by a season of silk-cotton flowers / March shyly blushing pink / Startled by the call of a starling / A vast sky with red blossoms…” (from Ve ngang mua hoa gao by Thien An).
