On December 31, the Trade Union and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue Central Hospital organized a voluntary blood donation festival themed “White Blouse, Red Heart”. 350 staff members of the unit, including doctors and nurses from various departments and centers across both units, participated in the event.

On the afternoon of December 29, at the Oncology Center (Hue Central Hospital), volunteers from the “One Painting - Many Hopes” project and Thua Thien Hue Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association organized a New Year's celebration for patients there.

The works from the contest for composing new lyrics to Hue folk tunes, paintings about Hue culture, and collections of folklore organized by the Department of Education and Training (DoET) have become valuable educational resources for implementing the local cultural education program for preschool children.

On December 20th, the Provincial Employment Service Center, in collaboration with the Action to the Community Development Center (ACDC), organized a job fair for people with disabilities (PWD) under the theme “Opportunities for Everyone”. This event is part of the Inclusion 1 project, funded by USAID, which aims to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities in areas heavily affected by Agent Orange during the war.

The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop TikTok sales channels and brand building was the content of a training program organized by the Provincial Investment Promotion and Business Support Center on December 20 to 21. The event attracted nearly 70 businesses.

On the afternoon of December 18, a National Scientific Conference themed “Promoting the value of Hue traditional music in cultural and tourism development” took place at Saigon Morin Hotel. On December 13th, Hue Industrial College (HueIC) collaborated with Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (KRIVET) to organize a professional workshop titled “Developing Sustainable Vocational Education: From Digital Transformation to Green Vocational Training.”
