On the morning of April 25, Hue City Association of the Blind organized a soft-skills training workshop for students and young members.

On the morning of April 24th, the city’s Women’s Union, in coordination with the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation (Federal Republic of Germany), organized a workshop titled “Integrating Gender Equality into Commune Level Socio-Economic Development Planning”.

From April 22 to 24, the Zhi Shan Foundation, in collaboration with the Social Work and Child Protection Center, and local authorities, organized scholarship award ceremonies for studious students overcoming difficulties across the city.

On April 22, the project “Hue - A plastic-reduced smart city in Central Vietnam” project (TVA project), in collaboration with the City Department of Education and Training, organized the award ceremony and closing event for the “Global citizens, leading plastic reduction” contest.

On April 22, the Zhishan Foundation, the City Social Work and Child Protection Center, in collaboration with the Phong Dien Ward People's Committee, organized the first-round scholarship awarding ceremony in 2026 for poor students overcoming difficulties in Phong Dien, Phong Thai, Phong Dinh, Phong Phu, and Phong Quang wards.

With the theme “Echoes of Books - Resonance of Heritage” a contest exploring the Hue Bookcase, jointly organized by the Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, Hue Institute for Development Studies, and the Institute of Digital Transformation and Learning Resources (Hue University), will take place from April 22 to May 25.

The 5th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2026, with the message “Books - Knowledge - Aspiration for National Development”, organized by Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, officially opened on the morning of April 21st at Hue City Library (29A Le Quy Don Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).

On the morning of April 20, Hue City Institute for Development Studies, in coordination with the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hue City, organized a training workshop titled: “Applying Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Standards in Production and Business Operations: Sustainable Solutions to Expand Markets and Supply Chains”.

From April 17 to 19, at the Banking Academy in Hanoi, the Ministry of Education and Training, in collaboration with the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), organized the 8th National Startup Day for students in 2026.

The training course on implementing the “Safe Swimming and Drowning Prevention” Program 2026, organized by the city’s Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with the Vietnam Sports Administration (the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), officially opened on the morning of April 17 at 12 Hung Vuong Street (Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City).
