On the morning of May 1st, Hue City Women's Union, in collaboration with Hue City Labour Federation, Hue Youth Union, and Hue Sports and Culture Information Center, organized an event called “Ao Dai by the Perfume River.”

On the morning of April 27, the organizing committee of Hue Festival 2023 opened the exhibition “Bonsais and Orchids of three regions in 2023” at Hue Imperial Citadel. This is an activity in the framework of summer festival programs with the theme “The Shining Citadel”.

On the morning of April 16, the Organizing Committee of VnExpress Marathon Imperial Hue 2023 presented prizes to athletes with outstanding achievements right at the finish line at the Provincial Sports Center (Ha Huy Tap Street, Hue City).

On this occasion, Hue Monuments Conservation Center will also organize a contest "Sharing good books" among several schools, such as Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, Hai Ba Trung High School, and Nguyen Hue High School to spread the reading culture to the younger generations.

On the afternoon of April 13, at Ham Nghi yard (on 23/8 St., Hue City), the Department of Tourism coordinated with HEXA Media Communication Joint Stock Company to organize the international Hot-air Balloon Festival 2023 with the theme “Hue – Beauty of the Ancient Capital”.

“Social impact businesses and sustainable business: Awareness and support policies” was the topic of a seminar held on the afternoon of April 10. The event was organized by the Provincial Department of Planning and Investment in collaboration with the Enterprise Development Agency, a unit under the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI).

After 8 periods of organization, Hue Traditional Craft Festival has become a brand name with many programs and activities on an increasingly large and professional scale. However, maintaining activities after the festival is what businesses and establishments in the area expect so as to bring craft village products closer to tourists.

Like many other temples across the country, over time, some pagodas in Hue regularly organize retreats and meditation sessions to bring moments of peace and guide young people in finding themselves.
