74 Nguyen Chi Thanh talent promotion scholarships awarded to students winning national prizes

Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Ngoc Tho awarded the scholarships to students

In the 2023 - 2024 national high school excellent student competition, Thua Thien Hue province had 74 students winning prizes, including 3 first prizes, 20 second prizes, 22 third prizes, and 29 consolation prizes. This is the academic year with the highest number of prizes won by the teams so far, more than 12 prizes compared to the previous academic year.

Thanks to this result, the delegation of Thua Thien Hue students continues to be one of the top 10 units nationwide with a high proportion of students winning high prizes, maintaining its position as one of the units with the most national prizes across the country.

To encourage and motivate the achievements of the students, the Nguyen Chi Thanh Talent Promotion Scholarship Fund awarded 74 scholarships, with a total value of 148 million VND.

This is a source of encouragement and motivation for the students to continue promoting the fine traditions, as well as enriching the golden list of achievements that generations of students in the province have achieved over the years.

Speaking at the scholarship awarding ceremony, Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho commended the achievements of the students in the recent national excellent student competition; at the same time, he expressed his hope that the students would continue to develop their achievements, continue to make efforts to study well, and contribute to making the tradition of Thua Thien Hue province more glorious.
