According to the information released by the Department of Tourism on the afternoon of February 27, the promotional video for the National Tourism Year – Hue 2025 with the theme “Hue - Ancient Capital - New Opportunities” has just been launched on the Fanpage of Hue City People’s Committee.

VinWonders, the entertainment brand under Vingroup, recently organized a workshop to share new products and sales packages aiming at stimulating demand and developing the tourism market for 2025. The program was attended by representatives from the Department of Tourism and over 30 businesses and travel agencies in Hue.

2025 marks the first year of implementing the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 175 on establishing Hue as a centrally-governed municipality, along with the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution No. 1314 on restructuring district- and commune-level administrative units in the newly established Hue City.

“Nguyen Tieu Festival” is an experiential program organized by Le Loi Primary School on February 12, aiming to educate students about traditional culture and bring an exciting atmosphere after the Lunar New Year holiday.

On February 9, the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University held a graduation ceremony and awarded the master's and bachelor's degrees for the first phase of 2025. Attending the ceremony was Dr. Do Thi Xuan Dung, Deputy Director of Hue University.

On the morning of February 8th (the 11th day of At Ty Lunar New Year, 2025), Trieu Son Dong Village council, in collaboration with Trieu Son Dong neighbourhood group (Huong Vinh Ward, Phu Xuan District), organized the Traditional Boat Racing Festival. On February 6th, Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) launched the At Ty Spring (Lunar New Year of the Snake) 2025 “Tree Planting Festival – Forever Grateful to Uncle Ho” at Emperor Gia Long’s Mausoleum.
