On the morning of September 21, the University of Arts, Hue University, held the opening ceremony for the 2026 - 2027 academic year, welcoming 327 new students, and announcing the decision to award it the Certificate of Institutional Education Accreditation.

On the morning of September 20th, the University of Economics, Hue University held the opening ceremony for the 2026-2030 course and welcomed more than 2,800 freshmen of the 60th cohort (K60). With these new students, the university now has more than 15,000 full-time students.

To date, nearly 1,500 gifts, scholarships, bicycles, and other forms of support have been presented to students by various levels of the Women’s Union, with total funding of nearly VND 1 billion. On the morning of August 20, thousands of first-year students across Hue City started their new school year. For first-graders, sixth-graders and tenth-graders, it was their first day in a new learning environment, where they met their new teachers and classmates and began a new chapter in their school life.

On August 20, the Women’s Union of Dan Dien Commune held a scholarship awarding program titled ‘Together with You on Your Journey to School’, providing support to 52 disadvantaged students in the commune ahead of the new school year.

When the Pa Co language finds its voice on digital platforms, and when history is recreated through virtual reality technology, the traditional cultural values of A Luoi are also discovering new pathways for preservation and sustainable dissemination in the digital age. Remarkably, this initiative is the result of a scientific innovation project developed by a group of students from this mountainous region.

The short film ‘Trong Thuc’ (‘The Drumbeat of Awakening’) is a project created by a team of students in Hue. By approaching tuong through the language of cinema, these young people are exploring new approaches to preserving and spreading cultural heritage.

On June 5, the University of Education, Hue University, organized a graduation ceremony, conferring doctoral degrees on 5 researchers who completed their PhD studies and master’s degrees on 289 students who fulfilled the requirements of their master’s programs. Among the new doctoral graduates was a candidate from Laos.
