On the afternoon of December 12th, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Edgar Doerig, Head of the Bureau régional pour l'Asie et le Pacifique - Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (BRAP-OIF) (or the Asia-Pacific Regional Office of the International Organization of La Francophonie), and Mr. Aldo de Luca, Deputy Ambassador of Switzerland to Vietnam.

On the evening of November 7th, the Vietnamese Cuisine Culture Association held a ceremony to announce and present certificates for the outstanding culinary dishes of Thua Thien Hue province in phase I – 2022, and launched the nomination voting for the second phase in 2023 of the “Journey to discover the typical cultural value of Vietnam’s cuisine”, and awarding membership certificates to the Culinary Culture Association of Thua Thien Hue.

On September 21, Thua Thien Hue Museum of History coordinated with members of the “Review Council of dossier on the relics in Thua Thien Hue Province" to implement a field survey at a number of proposed buildings and sites to compile a scientific dossier for ranking relics in 2023.

On the afternoon of September 15th, the delegation of Sekong Province of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, led by Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, Provincial Party Secretary and Governor of Sekong Province – Mr. Leklay Sivilay, visited to meet and worked with the provincial leaders. On the morning of July 28th, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Truong Luu, together with Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh and leaders of departments and agencies, held a working session with a high-level delegation from Salavan Province led by Dr. Daovong Phonekeo, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Governor of Salavan.

After 2 jubilant days with vibrant Latin dances, Hue Festival - Zumba® Festival 2023 with the participation of more than 500 members from 28 clubs in 18 provinces and cities nationwide and abroad came to an end on the evening of July 2nd .
