Also attending the meeting were Mr. Tran Huu Thuy Giang, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, and representatives of relevant departments and agencies. Representing KX Group were Mr. Choi Woong, Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Hwang Sungkwan, Director of the group's Singapore-based subsidiary.
Chairman Nguyen Khac Toan highly appreciated KX Group's interest in Hue and expressed his satisfaction with the positive progress made in the group's research and investment promotion for a golf course project in the city. He noted that the group's strategy of developing resort tourism, golf facilities, and high-quality services aligns well with Hue's potential, strengths, and its strategy of developing premium tourism.
He also emphasized that, as a centrally-governed municipality, Hue possesses outstanding advantages in culture, tourism, services, the marine economy, and green development. The city is actively improving its investment environment, enhancing the quality of public services, and prioritizing the attraction of high-quality investment projects that align with its sustainable development goals.

The Chairman pledged to accompany and support businesses throughout the implementation of their projects in accordance with the law, while ensuring a balanced approach that safeguards the interests of the State, investors, and the community. He also requested that relevant departments and agencies proactively coordinate and provide timely guidance on the procedures required by the investor. In addition to the golf course project, he expressed hope that KX Group would continue exploring investment opportunities in other key sectors, including high technology, media, and cultural industries, contributing to further strengthening the friendly cooperative relationship between Vietnam and South Korea.
Expressing his appreciation for the warm reception from the city's leaders, KX Group Vice Chairman Lee Kang Bong spoke highly of Hue's strong development potential, particularly its commitment to green growth. He affirmed that the group would work closely with the relevant authorities to implement the project effectively, with the goal of creating a landmark development that would make a meaningful contribution to the city's socio-economic development in the years ahead.
