Coming to Hue as part of the “2025 International Art Workshop and Exhibition”, artists immersed themselves directly in the heritage life of the Ancient Capital to find material for creation. Through their lens, the heritage appeared differently: vibrant, transformative, and ready to accompany contemporary art.

On October 26, the live broadcast site of the final round of the 25th “Road to Mount Olympia” (with Vietnamese title being “Duong len dinh Olympia”) will be held in the area of Phu Van Lau (Phu Van Lau Pavilion) - Nghinh Luong Dinh (Nghinh Luong Dinh Pavilion).

The Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon system of Hue City stretches in the Northwest - Southeast direction along the coast, with a length of 68 km and a total surface area of 216 km². It comprises three interconnected lagoons: Tam Giang, Thuy Tu, and Cau Hai. With aquatic flora and fauna considered among the richest in Southeast Asia, this ecosystem has sustained generations of local residents.

Hue is not only ancient with its heritage system; through the lens of domestic and international photographers, Hue is also poetic and emotional, filled with everyday scenes and the simplicity and kindness of its people.

People say that Hue is so strange that every time you pick up the camera to take a photo, a beautiful corner will be covered into your lens, no matter it is taken by a professional camera or just a smartphone. This is even truer when Hue enters the dewy season, the time when chilly air mingles with the warmth of the sun.

On the afternoon of January 2nd, the Department of Transport officially announced the launch of an inter-provincial bus route connecting Hue and Quang Tri, spanning a total length of 84 kilometers.

In the final round of the 24th “Road to Mount Olympia” (with Vietnamese title being “Duong len dinh Olympia”), which was live broadcast on the morning of October 13, Vo Quang Phu Duc, a representative of Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, excellently won the laurel wreath.

After 12 years of studying, researching, and working abroad, in 2022, Dr. Ho Ngoc Han, the champion of “Đường lên đỉnh Olympia 2009” (Road to Olympia), chose to return to Huế to serve his homeland.

In the third quarter round of the 24th “Road to Mount Olympia” (with Vietnamese title being “Duong len dinh Olympia”), which was broadcasted on the afternoon of July 7, Vo Quang Phu Duc, a representative from Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, excellently won the first prize.
