On the morning of July 25, the Department of Education and Training held a working session with schools and local authorities on preparations for launching the boarding inter-level schools in A Luoi 3 and A Luoi 4 communes, to ensure conditions are in place for teaching, student care and support from the beginning of the new academic year.

“Loi ca chau ngoc” (Precious Lyrics of Ca Hue) is a collection of Ca Hue (Hue Singing) repertoires collected and compiled by the poet Vo Que. This work is not only a product of the author’s passion for Ca Hue, but also the result of a serious working process.

On the afternoon of July 8th, at Co Mat Vien - Tam Toa, Hue Festival 2026 Organizing Committee officially launched the photography contest ‘Hue - Ancient Capital, New Experiences’. The competition is part of Hue Festival 2026 and aims to promote Hue as a city of heritage, culture, ecology, scenic beauty, and hospitality to both domestic and international audiences.

On the morning of July 4th, the Department of Engineering and Technology, Hue University held a ceremony to officially launch its Computer Engineering program and confer degrees on 68 newly graduated engineers from the 2021–2026 cohort.

On the evening of May 29, at Bao Vinh Ancient Town (Hoa Chau Ward), the City People's Committee organized the launching ceremony for the Action Month for Children 2026 under the theme “Happy and safe children confidently stepping into the digital era”.

On May 26, the Center for Social Research and Development (CSRD), in collaboration with Oxfam in Vietnam, organized the project launching workshop “Inclusive and Climate-Resilient Water Governance and Livelihoods in Vietnam” (IP3 Project).

On the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the liberation of Hue (March 26th, 2026), along with Hue Railway Station being officially recognized as a “Tourist Destination” and the “Connecting Heritage Journey” train launching a new look connecting layers of memory and culture, the Hoa Xa coffee shop and claypot rice restaurant was officially introduced to take part and accompany this development.

On the morning of April 6th, Hue city People’s Committee held the launch ceremony for the “Understanding Online Public Services on the Hue-S Platform 2026” online contest. Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee and Head of the Organizing Committee, along with representatives of departments, agencies, localities, universities, hospitals, research institutes, and the business community in the area.

The launching ceremony of the “All people practice physical exercise following the example of the great Uncle Ho” campaign; the Olympic Run Day “For Public Health - For National Security”; and the opening of the 34th Traditional cross-country Race 2026 – an event of the 10th City Sports Festival, took place on the morning of March 22nd at Nghinh Luong Dinh Pavilion.

On the morning of February 24, at Thuy Tien Lake Park, the City People’s Committee held the launching ceremony of the “Tree-Planting Festival in Eternal Gratitude to Uncle Ho” for Binh Ngo Spring 2026.
