On the afternoon of January 12th, at Duyet Thi Duong (Royal Theater), Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) organized a Report on feasible research on the investment in the project of restoring, renovating, and embellishing Can Chanh Palace. Attending were experts, cultural and historical researchers and leaders of relevant departments and branches.

This is a category under the project on "Preserving, repairing and embellishing Hue Imperial City system - The component of renovating and embellishing monument", which was adjusted by the Provincial People's Committee in the Decision No. 1452/QD-UBND.

In the process of digitalizing ancient documents about Can Chanh Palace, Nguyen Tan Anh Phong and his collaborators discovered one of the two glass paintings currently hung at the Department of History, College of Sciences, Hue University is the precious painting which used to belong to Can Chanh Palace in the Imperial City.
