On the morning of March 30th, a ceremony was held at Nghinh Luong Dinh Pavilion, situated on the bank of the poetic Perfume River (Phu Xuan Ward), to officially receive Hue Nam Temple Festival as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

The Hue Museum of Fine Arts, in collaboration with A Luoi District People’s Committee and Hanoi Urban Sketching Group, launched the “A Luoi traditional art” creation program on March 29th.

On the morning of March 28, at the City Sports Center swimming pool, the Department of Education and Training, in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Sports, inaugurated the Traditional Swimming Tournament for general education students in Hue City in 2025.

On March 29th, Hue City Association of Diabetes & Endocrinology, in collaboration with Vietnam Association of Diabetes & Endocrinology, organized the 8th Ancient Capital Expanded Scientific Conference to update medical professionals on the latest advancements in treatment within this field.

On March 29, in Hue City, Phu Xuan University held the grand opening ceremony of the Keiser University Vietnam (KUV), Hue Center, with the theme “Greetings to Hue from Keiser University (Florida)”.

On March 28th, Hue city leaders have met with FPT Group to discuss the collaboration in science and technology development, as well as innovation and digital transformation (DT).

On the afternoon of March 27th, at Hue City People’s Committee, the organizing committee of Hue Festival 2025 held a signing ceremony for the sponsorship contract with DOJI Gold, Silver, and Gemstone Group Joint Stock Company, awarding them the title of “Diamond Sponsor” for sponsoring 5 billion VND to Hue Festival 2025.

In Hue City, the number of conductors is not high, and formally trained conductors are even fewer, with currently only one person: Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nhu Y (born 1987), who works at the Department of Composition, Conducting, and Musicology at the Hue Academy of Music.

In the years from 1930 to 1937, painter Mai Trung Thu was appointed to teach drawing at Quoc Hoc High School. Here, his talent blossomed. Series of his paintings were born, depicting gentle Hue girls, the charming scenery of the Huong river and the temples and royal mausoleums. His paintings in Hue rendered him a solid position in modern Vietnamese painting.

On the morning of March 26th, People's Committee of Hue City held a technical traffic through opening ceremony for Nguyen Hoang Bridge (part of the Nguyen Hoang Road and Huong River Overpass project).
