According to an update issued on the morning of September 13, at 4 a.m., the center of the tropical depression was approximately 120 km north-northeast of Da Nang City, and about 140 km east-northeast of Hue City.

From the evening of September 12th through September 14th, Hue is expected to continue experiencing heavy to very heavy rain, with some areas forecast to receive more than 250mm. After days of floods, Hue welcomes the cold along with light, lingering rain, in between dry days and occasional sunshine. Once again, Hue gently returns to its peaceful rhythm of everyday life, preparing itself as best as possible to welcome the New Year 2026.
