On the afternoon of March 21, the Organizing Committee of the 2024 - 2025 National Science and Technology Contest for secondary and high school students announced the results. Accordingly, students from Hai Ba Trung High School won the fourth prize in the contest.

Under the guidance of Quoc Hoc Hue Cooperation and Public relations Club (The Mosaic), students from various places have had the opportunity to learn about the history and architecture of Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted. This has been a meaningful occasion for students from different schools to explore a new learning environment, while also creating opportunities for cultural connection, experience, and sharing.

On the morning of March 9th, 2.115 students from 533 schools across 54 provinces and cities nationwide participated in the online preliminary round of the programming competition for high school students.

The Ministry of Education and Training has announced the results of the semifinal round of the 7th “Students with Startup Ideas” competition. Accordingly, 80 projects and ideas were chosen to the finals, including 50 projects and ideas from the university students and 30 others from middle and high school students.

On March 2nd, the University of Economics, Hue University, in collaboration with Youth Employment Service Center of Hue City, organized the experiential program “A day as a HUE University student”.

On the afternoon of February 28, Hue Sciences High school for Gifted Students (under the University of Sciences, Hue University) held a mobile propaganda activity, including an exhibition and a contest Ring the Golden Bell about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh.

On the morning of February 10, Hue City People’s Committee held a ceremony to praise and award national excellent students of the 2024 - 2025 academic year at Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted.

“Can Vuong Tremendous Spirit” was a program held by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities, and Ham Nghi Secondary School on January 1 at the exhibition space “Emperor Ham Nghi: Life and Arts” at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities. Attending the program were 130 students from Ham Nghi Secondary School and Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted.

On the morning of December 28, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan had a meeting and commendation with the team of students who won prizes in the international Olympiad and Scientific and Technical Competitions 2024. Ho Duc Trung, an alumnus of Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted was awarded the Third-Class Labor Order for his achievement of winning the Silver Medal at the International Biology Olympiad.

After winning the Week 2 competition, February, quarter 1, Le Quang Duy Khoa, the students of Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted continues to claim the monthly crown in the February competition, quarter 1 of the 25th season of the Road to Mount Olympia, which aired on the afternoon of December 8.
