On July 10th, Thua Thien Hue Tourism Association, in collaboration with USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC), organized a workshop and cooking contest featuring American chicken dishes.

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, along with the uncertain global economic and political situation, has directly affected the export sector. However, thanks to efforts to diversify markets and export goods, Thua Thien Hue's merchandise export turnover reached 1.1 billion USD in 2023, creating momentum for a breakthrough in 2024.

From the Hue lotus with a close and familiar appearance, researchers at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University have "transformed" each part of the traditional lotus plant into attractive products on Vietnamese people's dining tables and living rooms; and, it is going to be exported to America in the near future.
