For three nights, from April 25 to 27, at Di Nhien Duong Pavilion - an ancient architectural structure in Thieu Phuong Garden - within Hue Imperial Citadel, Hue Monuments Conservation Center collaborated with the Doi Dep tea brand to organize the program “Re-enacting the scene of the emperors hosting tea party for his mandarins” as part of the launch of the Royal tea enjoyment service.

Ho Dac Cung, a young Hue native raised in Cai Lay, Tien Giang, developed a passion for engine mechanics and, through self-teaching, built his own airplane. In 1935, faced with financial constraints, he wrote to Emperor Bao Dai seeking assistance and received the monarch’s approval.

“Can Vuong Tremendous Spirit” was a program held by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities, and Ham Nghi Secondary School on January 1 at the exhibition space “Emperor Ham Nghi: Life and Arts” at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities. Attending the program were 130 students from Ham Nghi Secondary School and Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted.
