On the evening of August 26th, an offline meeting among LGBT people and advocates was held in Hue City, with the participation and support of Got Hong Clubs in Nghe An and Da Nang.

On the morning of August 18th, the Management board of Dong Ba Market organized the opening of an artistic and current affairs photography contest titled “A new day at Dong Ba market”.

Having graduated from the Faculty of Applied Fine Arts, Hue University of Arts, Le Thanh Dat (born in 1988) right from the time when he entered university, fancied the delicate design lines from the car design firms worldwide. Since 2007, Dat has owned the most massive collection of stationary model cars in Hue.

The flowing ao dai inspired by the Huong River - the poetic and renowned river of Hue, and perhaps the most beautiful in Vietnam - have been elegantly showcased by models to the backdrop of music, sometimes serene, sometimes lively, taking the audience through a range of emotions.

Dozens of traditional Ao Dai display booths, along with accompanying accessories and famous art products from Hue, were recently exhibited at An Dinh Palace (Phan Dinh Phung Street, Hue City) on the afternoon of August 1st.

The antique architectural constructions, the bridges which are inherent with the history of the Capital, as well as the traditional royal dances, or just simply the dragon boats, paper flower lanterns, etc., were described innocently but gracefully and meticulously and prettily on Ao dai by the children.

After nearly 10 days of activity, the 1st Co Tu Ethnic Traditional Sculpture Creation Camp in 2023, hosted by the People's Committee of Nam Dong district, closed on July 29th. Many outstanding works of art were awarded by the organizers.

While the article about the book "Echoes of the Truong Son" (Thuan Hoa Publishing House, 2023) was being prepared when I included it in the collection of essays "Life's Many Paths" (Writers Association Publishing House, 2023), from Ho Chi Minh City, Mrs. Dam Thu continuously sent touching feedback to Hue about the work that she had just "poured her efforts" into completing.

That was the topic of a seminar, which was organized at the Intercultural meeting place (at 94, 96, and 98 Bach Dang Street, Hue City) on the morning of July 29 by the Huong River Museum of Antique Pottery.

“Nang” is the name of an exhibition of Truc Chi at Danang Museum of Fine Arts on July 14th organized by Vietnam Truc Chi, Ltd. This exhibition is the beginning for a series of exhibitions marking the 10th year since Truc Chi came into being together with “Tham” in Hanoi and “Hop” in Ho Chi Minh City in the coming time. On this occasion, we had a talk with Mrs. Ngo Dinh Bao Vi, director, about the 10-year-long journey of Truc Chi.
