The generation of national literary writers born in the Year of the Snake in Hue left a notable mark with many respected authors. This festival is organized to honor the distinctive flower species of the ancient capital - the Yellow Apricot of Hue.

Forty distinctive garden houses voluntarily registered to participate in the project, meeting the criteria and gaining approval to join the project for the period 2023 - 2026.
