On the morning of July 19th, the People's Committee of An Cuu Ward officially launched the “Digital Community Center” model, bringing digital transformation closer to residents and supporting the development of a digital society at the grassroots level.

Tourism digital transformation in Hue is entering a more advanced stage as the connection of transportation, dining, shopping, and the exploration of attractions and heritage sites across digital platforms is being implemented in a coordinated manner, offering visitors a seamless travel experience.

The second session of the 9th Hue City People's Council for the 2026 - 2031 term is scheduled to take place on July 10th - 11th. The Council is expected to consider and adopt 21 important resolutions, focusing on public investment, finance and state budget, digital transformation, science and technology, social welfare, and policies for public officials and civil servants in the context of implementing the two-tier local government model.

This was the theme of the 2026 Expanded Scientific and Technical Conference organized by University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Hue University on June 20.

In the process of constructing a digital government, a digital economy, and a digital society, Hue City has gradually established a synchronized and modern digital infrastructure foundation. When the Pa Co language finds its voice on digital platforms, and when history is recreated through virtual reality technology, the traditional cultural values of A Luoi are also discovering new pathways for preservation and sustainable dissemination in the digital age. Remarkably, this initiative is the result of a scientific innovation project developed by a group of students from this mountainous region.

Hue City is entering a new stage of development with the goal of becoming a major regional hub for science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation in Central Vietnam. To realize this strategy, intellectuals, scientists, experts, and traditional local knowledge are regarded as a key force contributing to Hue’s sustainable growth.

Thanks to the application of artificial intelligence (AI), many of Hue’s heritage values are being retold by young people in an entirely new “language”. Historic structures and symbolic cultural icons, long associated with an atmosphere of antiquity and quiet elegance, are now being brought to life through digital creations, contributing to taking Hue Ancient Capital’s image closer to young audiences.

This is the theme of the Action Month for Children 2026, launched by the People's Committee of Thanh Thuy Ward on the morning of June 4. The program aims to raise awareness and strengthen the responsibility of authorities at all levels, sectors, families, and society as a whole in caring for, educating, and protecting children.

More than 6,000 rare specimens and exhibits currently displayed at the Central Coastal Nature Museum reflect the region’s biological characteristics while serving as a place for research, learning, and engaging experiences.

On the evening of May 29, at Bao Vinh Ancient Town (Hoa Chau Ward), the City People's Committee organized the launching ceremony for the Action Month for Children 2026 under the theme “Happy and safe children confidently stepping into the digital era”.

At Hue Royal Antiquities Museum, the application of technology to digitize heritage artifacts and antiques has been implemented early, allowing visitors to experience the artifacts from afar.

As a new technology launched in Hue, works at the museum can interact with visitors through different effects and movements.
