On the morning of December 3, Vietnam Social Security, in collaboration with sponsors, the City’s Social Security Office, and local Party committees and authorities, organized the distribution of health insurance cards to residents in difficult circumstances in Nam Dong Commune.

On the morning of November 21, Hue University, in collaboration with Vietnam Educational and Social Assistance Foundation (VESAF, NFP), awarded scholarships sponsored by the VESAF, NFP to students in difficult circumstances, who have demonstrated good academic and personal performance.

On the morning of November 12th, Hue University of Sciences, Hue University held a program to present scholarships and support gifts to students in difficult circumstances who suffered heavy losses during the floods at the end of October and early November.

From November 5 to 8, the group of friends from Hue Fellow Countrymen Association in Bao Loc, together with Cuong Vy Wedding Center - Bao Loc, Lam Dong, organized a trip to support people affected by the floods, those in difficult circumstances, rescue and relief forces, and schools in Hue City.

On the morning of October 25, Hue Central Hospital and Hue City People’s Procuracy, in coordination with Thanh Nien Newspaper, Venerable Nun Thich Nu Tam Nguyet, and the Buddhists of Pho Hien Pagoda (Ho Chi Minh City), organized a gift-giving program for pediatric patients in especially difficult circumstances who are undergoing treatment at the hospital.

On October 20, A Dot Border Guard Station, in coordination with the local authority of A Luoi 4 Commune and a collective of philanthropists from Ba Ria Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, organized a program to give 800 gifts to students and people in difficult circumstances in the area.

On October 5, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, in coordination with Hue City Youth Union, organized the “Supporting students to school” scholarship awarding ceremony with the theme “One aspiration - Ten thousand hearts” for 89 new students in Hue City who face difficult circumstances with strong determination.

On the occasion of welcoming the new academic year and the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2025, on the morning of September 13, the Phu Bai Ward People's Committee, in coordination with the sponsors (including the Phuot bike mien Trung and the RR Phu Bai - Hue cycling club), organized a program to present bicycles to students in difficult circumstances in the area.

On August 18, the Women’s Union of Dan Dien Commune in collaboration with Hue Hearts Fund held a ceremony to award scholarships to students overcoming difficult circumstances.

On July 22nd, at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, the Union of Friendship Organizations, in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training, held a ceremony to present bicycles to students facing difficult circumstances in the area.
