225 scholarships awarded to students facing difficult circumstances
HNN.VN - On August 15, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, in coordination with Hue University, held a ceremony to award scholarships to students facing difficult circumstances in the city.

The program was sponsored by the Hue Fellow Countrymen Association in Ho Chi Minh City and Mr. Le Xuan Hoang, a businessman, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Saigon General Clinic System.
The program presented 225 scholarships worth a total of VND 450 million (VND 2 million in cash per scholarship), aiming at promoting the nation’s tradition of solidarity and mutual support, helping students facing difficult circumstances continue to strive and advance in their studies.

On behalf of the leadership of Hue University and all the students, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quoc Huy, Acting President of Hue University, extended his most sincere thanks to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, the Hue Fellow Countrymen Association in Ho Chi Minh City, and Mr. Le Xuan Hoang.
Hue University pledged to continue managing and distributing scholarship funds to the right recipients, and to accompany the students throughout their studies. The sponsors’ dedication to their hometown stands as a shining example of the spirit of mutual support, encouraging students to overcome difficulties, study hard, and later make positive contributions to the development of their hometown.
