On October 31, the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism said that it had sent a document to the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province regarding the preparation of a dossier to recognize Phuoc Tich ancient village (Phong Hoa Commune, Phong Dien District) as a special national relic.

The heart donated from Bach Mai Hospital has begun to beat its first rhythms in the body of a patient, marking a successful journey of life transfer. This is a record-breaking transplant, with the heart implantation taking just over 50 minutes at Hue Central Hospital.

On October 28, Hue Central Hospital inaugurated the 19th Vietnam-Australia Hand Surgery Training Course for surgeons, surgical residents, postgraduate students, and rehabilitation doctors and technicians from across the country.

A tea tray, a smoking pipe, and a set of Chinese books donated by Emperor Ham Nghi’s descendants have been officially gifted to Hue and Quang Trị. On September 30th, Hue Central Hospital organized a Pediatric Endocrinology training course for 30 doctors of the unit and medical facilities. Also attending the training course were professors and doctors from Toulouse University and Lille University (France).

On the morning of September 29, the project of Hue – Plastic Reduction Urban in the Central region of Vietnam, funded by WWF-Norway (through WWF-Vietnam and received by the People’s Committee of Hue City) in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Hue City organized a ceremony to hand over 2 garbage trucks worth nearly 10 billion VND.

On the morning of September 27th, FAHASA Company held the grand opening ceremony of FAHASA Hue Bookstore at Aeon Mall Hue, located at 8 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Dong Ward, Hue City. This is the second FAHASA bookstore in Hue and one of the largest bookstores in the FAHASA system nationwide.
