On April 26, the People’s Committee of Huong An Ward hosted a program titled “Huong An Rural Market” in 2026 under the theme “Mi xu mi som” (First sale of the day). The activity was held to promote local agricultural products, enhance the development of rural tourism, and spread traditional cultural values in the new development era.

On April 26, at the Ethnic Cultural House of Khe Tre Commune, the program “Khe Tre Highland Market - First Session of 2026” took place under the theme “A Return to the Roots”, drawing large numbers of residents and visitors. This marked the second market session held by Khe Tre Commune since its administrative merger, further affirming its direction of linking economic development with the preservation and promotion of the traditional cultural values of the Co Tu ethnic community.

On the afternoon of April 24, at the Nguyen Dynasty’s Privy Council (Co Mat Vien - Tam Toa), Hue Monuments Conservation Center held an online signing ceremony for a scientific and cultural cooperation agreement with the Quai Branly - Jacques Chirac Museum (France), opening an additional channel to access international archival resources for heritage conservation.

40 artists, including lecturers and students from the University of Arts, the University of Sciences (Hue University), along with other painters and architects, participated in a creative program titled Sketching French Architectural Heritage and Cultural-Historical Relics in Hue.

“Hue cultural heritage - Integration, creativity, and development” is the title of a thematic exhibition that has recently opened to the public at Pleiku Museum (21 Tran Hung Dao Street, Pleiku Ward, Gia Lai Province) on April 21.

Following the proposal of Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, signed a decision to designate 18 sites across the city as city-level historical and cultural relics. Before the summer break, Tran Quoc Toan Primary School organized a bicycle parade called "Cycling towards Van Thanh relic" for students. Early in the morning, more than 100 students, along with many parents and teachers, cycled through the picturesque roads along the Huong River.
