To develop the city towards the sea and foster regional links, Hue City has, in addition to effectively implementing its master plans, prioritized attracting and investing in major projects to complete its infrastructure, especially transport infrastructure, from central urban areas to satellite urban areas.

On the afternoon of June 25th, nearly 14.000 candidates across the city were present at 39 examination sites to complete the procedures for the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam.

For the first time, the High School Graduation Exam is being conducted under two general education curricula: the 2006 and 2018 curricula, posing significant challenges in organization and operation. As of June 24, all preparations in Hue City have been completed, ready for a serious, fair, and regulation-compliant exam.

Many major projects that have completed investment procedures and begun construction in the early months of the year are expected to create new momentum to help Hue thrive.

Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh has requested relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to continue close coordination, urge progress in implementation, and resolve difficulties and obstacles in site clearance for projects, and strive to complete the set goals in 2025.

Over the past 20 days (starting from March 20th), Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in collaboration with National Museum of History, has completed archaeological excavations at three test pits in the Dai Cung Mon area.

Among the series of projects that have been broken ground, commenced, and completed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the City's Liberation Day (March 26, 1975 - March 26, 2025), and the 95th anniversary of the founding of Hue City Party Committee (April 1930 - April 2025), perhaps the technical opening ceremony of the project of Nguyen Hoang Street and the bridge over the Huong River on March 26 is the most anticipated event by Hue people.

To ensure timely service for the opening ceremony of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025, scheduled for the evening of March 25th, Thuan Hoa District Green Park Center is accelerating the construction of an outdoor stage along the southern bank of the Huong River. The project is set to be completed and handed over by March 20th.

Following the approval of the project to build a community-based beach tourism model in Hai Duong Commune, now in Thuan An Ward, Thuan Hoa District, by Hue City People's Council (formerly) in July 2023, the infrastructure in this place is gradually being completed, serving the sightseeing and swimming needs of locals and visitors, contributing to enhancing the economic value of the beach and lagoon.

The work of collecting and digitizing documents is incredibly important and has never been enough to effectively carry out the restoration of cultural heritage. For the cultural heritage of Hue, this need is even more urgent as the Complex of Monuments of Hue Imperial City still has many structures awaiting sufficient documentation to complete scientific files for restoration purposes.
