Alongside their efforts to help trees sprout and flowers bloom across the nation’s borderlands, the Border Guard force has been nurturing a vibrant spring in the hearts of the people.

As the Central region had just suffered severe floods, many young music lovers in Hue chose to organize charity concerts, donating all proceeds to support their compatriots.

This was the theme of a seminar held on the morning of November 29 by the City Association for People with Disabilities - Support for People with Disabilities and Orphans, in response to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3).

This was among the key outcomes shared at the Conference on Reviewing the Implementation of Resolution 05/2019/NQ-HDND issued by the Provincial People’s Council (now Hue City People’s Council) on policies supporting community-based tourism (CBT) development in Thua Thien Hue Province (now Hue City) through 2025. The conference, organized by the Department of Tourism on the morning of November 12th, gathered representatives from departments, agencies, and 40 communes and wards across the city.

Through forestry investment support and livelihood creation for local people, based on efficient forest environment utilization, the localities, units, and relevant sectors have mobilized and promoted the roles of communities and enterprises, contributing to strategic changes in forest resource management and development.

On August 25, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Hoa Chau Ward in coordination with the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center of Hue Central Hospital organized the “Voluntary Blood Donation Day” festival.

The above activity was recently organized by the Hue City Center for Disease Control (Hue CDC) with the aim of early detection of hypertension, preventing complications, and managing treatment for commune-level healthcare workers and collaborators in the communes of Vinh Loc, Huong Loc, Phu Vang, and Phu Vinh.
