On April 18, at Secret Affairs Institute - Tam Toa Complex (No. 33, Tong Duy Tan Street, Phu Xuan Ward), Hue Monuments Conservation Center opened the exhibition “Stories from Ancient Manuscripts.” The event responds to Hue Festival 2026 - the Summer Festival themed “The Shining Citadel” and looks ahead to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21).

From February 13th - 14th, in Hue, the Khoi Su Tu Tam Foundation (Kim Oanh Group), in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, organized its key charitable program “Gieo Xuan Season 3 2026”, along with accompanying activities such as “Happiness Sprouts” and gift presentations for disadvantaged children, patients, and members of the local Blind Association. The total budget for the series of activities was nearly 700 million VND.

On September 16th, Hue City Transportation Construction Investment Project Management Board reported that it had submitted a proposal to Hue City People’s Committee for approval of the investment policy for building the new Vinh Tu bridge across Tam Giang lagoon, connecting Quang Dien commune with Phong Quang ward. The project’s total investment is estimated at over 1.500 billion VND.
