According to the leader of Hue Monuments Conservation Center, the project of restoration and embellishment of Kien Trung Palace in the area of the Forbidden City of Hue Imperial Citadel, started in February 2019, is entering the finishing stage of decoration; and expected to be completed by the end of 2023.

Over 150 sketch works capturing the beauty of A Luoi region through the perspectives of both professional and amateur artists were recently showcased and introduced to the public on the afternoon of July 10th at Diem Phung Thi Art Center (Hue Museum of Fine Arts, 17 Le Loi, Hue City).

On the morning of July 7, Hue Monuments Conservation Center coordinated with the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports to organize an incense and flower offering ceremony, and a procession of gratitude to the ancestor on the occasion of the death anniversary of Lord Nguyen Phuc Khoat, the person who laid the foundation of Ao dai Vietnam. This is one of the activities responding to Hue Festival 2023, and within the framework of the Autumn Festival’s activities.

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Hue Monuments Complex and 20 years of Hue royal court music being honored by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage, Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with the University of Fine Arts - Hue University organizes the exhibition "Hue royal performance through fine art" (taking place from June 16 to 26) to honor the beauty of intangible heritage.

On June 29, Hue Festival Center informed that the Autumn Festival with the theme “Hue in Autumn”, a festival in the framework of Hue Festival 2023, will take place from July to September with many attractive programs and activities.

The celebration of 30th anniversary (1993-2023) of the Complex of Hue Monuments and the 20th anniversary (2003 - 2023) of Hue Royal Court Music being honored by the UNESCO as world heritages took place during June 16-18. On the morning of June 17th, Hue Monument Conservation Center, in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Sports and the Inherited Calligraphy Association of Taiwan (China), inaugurated the exhibition "Than Kinh Nhi Thap Canh (Twenty gorgeous landscapes of the Land of Genies) – Emperor Thieu Tri poetry through the Inherited Calligraphy of Taiwan (China)" at Thieu Phuong Garden, within the Imperial Citadel.

In the framework of the activities celebrating 30th anniversary (1993 - 2023) of the Complex of Hue Monuments and 20th anniversary (2003 - 2023) of the Royal Music - Vietnam Royal Court Music being recognized as a world heritage by UNESCO, on the morning of June 16, at Hien Lam Cac (Hien Lam Palace) - Hue Imperial Citadel, Hue Monuments Conservation Center held an exhibition named “Vietnam land on Nine Dynasty Urns”.

The ideas for designing a pedestrian bridge over Hộ thành hào (Citadel Protection Dike) connecting Thượng thành (Upper Citadel) have just been announced by the Hue Monuments Conservation Center. What many people are interested in is whether or not the idea of building a bridge is feasible and affects the heritage.
