On April 10th, the General Library of Hue City announced its coordination with various organizations to host numerous events and activities throughout April in celebration of the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025.

On the evening of March 21st, Saigon Morin Hue Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to commemorate the 124th anniversary of the founding of Saigon Morin Hue Hotel. Attending the celebration were members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ai Van, Chairwoman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City; and Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Secretary of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee.

On the afternoon of March 3, the Women’s Union in collaboration with the Phu Xuan District Labor Federation of Hue City held the Cultural and Sports Festival. The program attracted over 300 female cadres, union’s members, officers, and workers.

The culinary festival titled “Vietnamese Noodle Heritage - Van Cu Noodle Village” opened on the afternoon of February 18 at Van Cu Hamlet, Nam Thanh Village. This is one of the main activities to respond to the celebration of receiving the national intangible cultural heritage recognition for the “Traditional Craft - Van Cu Noodle-Making Craft”, which is scheduled to be held on February 19.

At the time when everything can be ordered online and delivered to your door, in a cozy place by the Huong river (Perfume River), we still gather every year to cook a pot of banh tet and to sing songs to say our farewells to the old year and welcome the new one. (Banh tet is the symbolic food for Tet (the New Year Celebration).

On the evening of February 1st, at Thuong Bac Park, Phu Xuan District Youth Union, in collaboration with District Center for Culture, Information, and Sports, organized the 2025 cultural program “Mung Dang Quang Vinh” (In Celebration of the Glorious Party).

For students, Tet is not only a time for celebration and family reunions but also an opportunity to share and support those in difficult circumstances. Many charitable activities organized by the school have “ignited a flame of love” in the students, spreading noble humanitarian values.

On the evening of January 11th, in Trung Son Commune (A Luoi District), the Border Guard Command of Hue City, in collaboration with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, organized the flagship program “Border Spring warms the people’s hearts” in celebration of the At Ty Lunar New Year - 2025.

On the afternoon of December 29, at the Oncology Center (Hue Central Hospital), volunteers from the “One Painting - Many Hopes” project and Thua Thien Hue Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association organized a New Year's celebration for patients there.

On November 16th, in celebration of the 42nd anniversary of the Vietnam Teachers' Day, theDepartment of Education and Training (DoET) of Thua Thien Hue held a seminar and ceremony to present the title of "Outstanding Teacher" to educators.
