On April 6, at the regular Government meeting and the online conference between the Government and local authorities, the Ministry of Home Affairs announced the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX) and the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) for 2024, applicable to ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities.

In the years from 1930 to 1937, painter Mai Trung Thu was appointed to teach drawing at Quoc Hoc High School. Here, his talent blossomed. Paintings about Uncle Ho always create deep emotions in viewers’ hearts. And, the artworks displayed at the beginning of the Year of the Snake at Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City, located at 7 Le Loi street, Thuan Hoa District, have left such impressions on those who came to appreciate them.

This was the topic of the second Empathic communication workshop, which featured meaningful and inspiring sharing from Minh Bon, the speaker, Director of Sao Mai Education System, Coach of the Happy Teacher Foundation, and Reporter at the Institute of Applied Psychology - Education. The workshop was organized by Hue Book and Culture Club on February 16 at the Hue Book and Culture Space (at 23 - 25 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa District, Hue City).

On the evening of February 11th, at No. 1 Phan Boi Chau street, the Full Moon Poetry Night - At Ty Spring 2025 took place, organized by Hue Writers’ Association.
